Cool Window Projects with Local Contractors

A Comprehensive Refresh for Pioneer Manor Senior Living

Kelly Enterprise, premier window and door distributor, teamed up with Intelligent Design to undertake a significant refresh project at the esteemed Pioneer Manor Senior Living in White Bear Lake.

The facility, a cornerstone of senior living in the area, had been grappling with its outdated vinyl windows, which were not just drafty but also exceedingly hard to operate. They didn’t live up to the high standards expected by both the property owners and its cherished residents.

Understanding the gravity of the situation, our dedicated team was set on a mission: to meticulously remove and replace all 202 windows.

It was imperative that the new installations flawlessly maintained the signature round top design and colonial grid pattern, ensuring the facility kept its distinctive charm.

With the superior craftsmanship of Hayfield Window & Door Co., the building has seen a marked improvement in energy efficiency and sound insulation. Residents can now bask in the comfort of their homes, enjoying the ease of window operation, while being shielded from external nuisances.

And with a solid 20-year warranty on both glass and frame, we’ve ensured peace of mind for years to come. At Kelly Enterprise, our commitment is always to seamlessly blend aesthetics with top-tier functionality, guaranteeing optimal comfort for every individual.

Blend of Old-World Charm with High-Performing Materials

Our recent collaboration with Housing Hub, a distinguished property management firm in St. Paul, was a unique chance to work on something really refreshing and stand out from the usual.

What made this project exciting was the interest from many window manufacturers eager to be part of it. But Marvin Windows came through with their Essential line of streamlined options and innovative designs. They didn't just meet our specs - they exceeded them, all while delivering top-notch performance.

We used their bronze windows, and let me tell you, they're a sight to see. With a prairie-style grid pattern, they managed to hold onto the building's original charm while adding a fresh new look. The bronze finish, both inside and out, really makes them pop.

So, there you have it. A solid project, a great team, and an exciting blend of old-world charm with high-performing materials.

Rustic A-Frame Cabin with Vintage Charm

Last September, Entire Exteriors, in partnership with Kelly Enterprise, completed a unique project in Stillwater, MN.

The goal was to replace the outdated extruded aluminum windows in an A-Frame Rustic Cabin with modern, energy-efficient units while maintaining its vintage appeal.

The symmetrical lines for the roof pitch and windows were crucial to the homeowners, and we were happy to assist in ensuring a perfect match.
