Replacing outdated windows with the state-of-the-art Marvin Elevate series, the results are nothing short of stunning. These windows boast a bare pine interior, offering homeowners the flexibility to customize with their preferred stain or finish.
Crafted with pultruded fiberglass exteriors finished in ebony, these windows not only exude elegance but also durability, standing at an impressive 8 times stronger than conventional vinyl windows.
But the allure doesn't stop there. Partnering with ProVia, the entrance to this home was completed with a Signet Front Entry Door. With its timeless design featuring five lights in each panel, it strikes the perfect balance between privacy and natural light.

We used their bronze windows, and let me tell you, they're a sight to see. With a prairie-style grid pattern, they managed to hold onto the building's original charm while adding a fresh new look. The bronze finish, both inside and out, really makes them pop.

The project involved the installation of the durable and virtually maintenance-free Marvin Essential windows in a senior living facility. And guess what? This project was one of the largest Marvin Essential projects in Minnesota, with over 300 windows removed and replaced.
